Touring This Deck: Once you take the elevator or stairs up one deck, you will be on Deck 5. For this tour continue walking on Deck 4. Walk down that hallway! On your right you will pass by Club 02, which is Carnival's youth program for 15-17 year olds.Īs you continue walking you will pass by a men's and women's restroom as well as a single stairwell that only goes up. Keep walking and to your left you will see a hallway that curves some. As you walk out the other side of the dining room you will see the mid-ship elevator area. Pick a side to walk in and head to the back of the dining room. When you enter the dining room you should see a host station and many tables throughout the entire dining room. (Pictured to the right is the Circle C entrance.)Ĭontinue walking into the Chic Dining Room's Deck 4 level. Circle C is Carnival's youth program for 12-14 year olds. As you get closer to the dining room's entrance you should see the Circle C youth program lounge on your right. In the atrium, right by the Monticello Library, you should see an area cut-out for the Chic Dining Room's entrance. As you pass by the library take a quick look in! Typically, a cruiser can find a few books and games in the ship's library. The Monticello Library is located directly in the atrium. Once you have visited the Victoriana Theater or if you do not want to right now, look for the Monticello Library. This area is directly under the lifeboats and it is a great place to look outside. On both sides of the atrium you will see doors that lead to an outside deck. Each cruiser is assigned a dining room for dinner and this information will be printed on a cruiser's Sail & Sign card. The ship has two dining rooms, each with two decks. Two important areas that you can see here are the Guest Services desk and the Shore Excursions desk.ĭirectly behind the Carnival Freedom's atrium lobby bar is the Deck 3 atrium entrance to the Chic Dining Room. In the center of the atrium is the atrium bar. The Carnival Freedom's atrium has four glass elevators. Look up and you will see the many levels of the atrium as well as the glass dome located near the top. The Carnival Freedom is an easy ship to navigate, especially once cruisers get to know the ship. In an October 2023 dry-dock the Carnival Freedom is expected to get the funnel repaired. Carnival Freedom suffered a funnel fire in 2022 that resulted in the ship receiving a modified funnel. Currently, the Carnival Freedom sails cruises from Port Canaveral, Florida to the Bahamas & Caribbean. The Carnival Freedom is one of Carnival’s five Conquest Class cruise ships.
